Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Original packaging must be intact.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us at info@engineratipower.com. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

• Gift cards.
• Discounted or clearance items.

Exchanges
